Debra began her career working as a paralegal in NYC and later transitioned to working in New Jersey.  It was working as a paralegal that she learned how to properly notarize documents. 

With her many years of paralegal experience combined with her NJ notary public commission she founded Notary Fulfillment Services. The provider of Online Notarizations using secure audio/visual communication technology as well as Mobile Notarizations In-Person.

We travel to: Your Home, Office, Nursing Home, Hospital, Senior/Assisted Living Facilities, Local Starbucks, and More.
